Leads regional provider success across the South, owning provider relationships, team performance, satisfaction, engagement, retention, adoption, and market outcomes. Executes national strategies, adapts tactics to local needs, coaches regional teams, allocates resources, resolves operational barriers, and escalates systemic issues. Partners with clinical, network, growth, operations, and technology leaders to improve provider experience and value-based care execution.

Lead customer-facing healthcare technology implementations from kickoff through launch and post-go-live. Manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinate provider practices and internal teams, monitor integration risks, maintain timelines, resolve escalations, and ensure on-time, high-quality launches. Improve implementation playbooks, workflows, templates, and tooling while channeling customer feedback to product, engineering, and support.

Analyze clinical data completeness, reliability, and effectiveness across healthcare facilities, vendors, interoperability networks, and integration pathways. Reconcile claims with clinical records, identify missingness and latency, report ADT coverage, evaluate data technologies, recommend vendor configurations, and prioritize facilities for direct acquisition. Partner with product, engineering, and clinical teams to improve scalable, trustworthy data pipelines and support TEFCA and QHIN strategy.
