Support and improve internal technology infrastructure by troubleshooting applications, servers, networks, and databases; building automations and integrations; managing SQL, cloud infrastructure, DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and version control; improving system reliability and scalability; collaborating with teams; documenting procedures; and applying security best practices.

Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution, serving as the primary client contact and coordinating medical treatment, records, billing, deadlines, documentation, and settlement preparation. The role involves drafting legal correspondence and case summaries, communicating with attorneys, insurers, medical providers, and other parties, and maintaining organized case files. Fluency in English and Spanish, personal injury experience, strong organization, and availability during U.S. hours are required or preferred.

Develop and manage relationships with personal injury attorneys and case managers, present pre-settlement funding solutions, build a new-business pipeline, follow up on cases, advance opportunities through funding, and close deals. The role is fully remote, relationship-focused, and compensated through a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses.
