Manage mid-to-complex auto and general liability claims (bodily injury and property damage), investigate and determine coverage/compensability, handle litigated files, establish reserves and authorize payments within limits, communicate claim status to customers/claimants/clients, adhere to client and carrier guidelines, and collaborate on complex claims to achieve optimal outcomes.

Support claims staff by setting up new workers' compensation claims, processing mail/files/payments and forms, entering notes/diaries into the claims system, assisting examiners with phone calls, and performing other administrative duties as assigned.

Manage lower-level, non-complex workers' compensation claims: intake, coverage verification, compensability determination, reserve setting, authorize payments within limits, communicate status, follow client/carrier guidelines, and assist with complex claims under senior supervision.
