The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Manages non-complex liability claims under senior supervision, including coverage confirmation, claim acknowledgment, compensability assessment, reserve establishment, payment authorization, and communication with customers, claimants, and clients. Handles litigated files within delegated authority, follows carrier and client guidelines, participates in claim reviews, and collaborates on complex cases. Requires auto and general or premises liability experience, active adjuster licensing, strong communication skills, analytical ability, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
