Provide direct in-person and telehealth care to pediatric and adult patients with autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental differences. Conduct histories and examinations, make clinical decisions, place orders, coordinate referrals, document encounters, communicate care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Participate in clinical rounds, present and teach colleagues, maintain productivity and patient caseload standards, and support positive patient experiences and outcomes.

Process full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for assigned entities, resolve payroll questions, handle expense reimbursements, manage payroll tax inquiries and audits, drive process improvements and automation, and assist with payroll system implementations and upgrades.
