Lead all site operations, performance, and culture for a Cortica center. Manage multidisciplinary clinical and administrative teams, oversee P&L and budgeting, drive hiring and staff development, ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence, handle escalations, implement strategic initiatives, and maintain on-site leadership presence.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll oversee clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment, leading a team of behavior technicians to support children with developmental differences.
