Lead customer success for Bueno’s B2B smart building analytics platform. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, onboarding and implementation, delivering HVAC and energy engineering services, developing success plans, supporting escalations, conducting product training, tracking adoption and renewal metrics, gathering feedback, and identifying expansion opportunities. The role also improves team processes and supports business growth while working remotely with up to 20% travel.

Drives new SaaS revenue through outbound prospecting, market development, consultative selling, enterprise proposals, and complex RFP/RFT processes. Owns pipeline generation, forecasting, full-cycle sales, ROI cases, stakeholder mapping, and recurring revenue outcomes. Partners with account sales managers, product, technical sales, marketing, operations, and customer success teams to expand software adoption across HVACR and energy-management customers. The role is fully remote and requires travel up to approximately 50%.

The Account Executive will drive sales growth in the OEM refrigeration market, manage customer relationships, and collaborate on strategies to improve business performance, primarily for food retail refrigeration clients.

Lead a global product management team for control electronics, define product strategy and roadmaps, own P&L and portfolio performance, drive lifecycle execution and cross-functional alignment with engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver customer-focused HVACR solutions.

Lead strategic OEM account sales for cold chain and refrigeration customers. Develop and execute account plans, drive territory growth, promote low-GWP refrigerant solutions, manage pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, collaborate cross-functionally, provide technical support, and travel ~60%.
