Lead Workday reporting strategy for higher education: design Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Dashboard reports; implement row-level security and role-based access; partner with HR/Finance/Payroll/Institutional Research; support regulatory and executive reporting; manage testing, validation, and user training while ensuring governance and data standards.

Lead design and execution of Workday testing for Higher Education, including system, integration, and UAT. Coordinate HR/Finance/Payroll/academic stakeholders, validate scenarios against academic calendars, manage defects, support cutover readiness, and approve go-live.

Implement, configure, and support Workday Supply Chain Management modules; analyze processes, recommend improvements, and support testing, deployment, and enhancements.
