Own the strategy and roadmap for Constructor’s search quality and Product Discovery Engine. Drive measurable improvements in relevance, conversion, revenue per visit, and GMV across retail verticals. Partner with ML, data science, and engineering teams to productionize state-of-the-art retrieval, ranking, query understanding, personalization, and LLM capabilities. Establish evaluation frameworks, investigate quality issues, align multiple teams, and expand into chapter-wide product leadership.

Leads customer implementations from kickoff through integration, testing, and activation. Coordinates internal technical teams, customers, and partners against shared plans; manages milestones, dependencies, risks, scope, communications, and handoffs. Maintains implementation reporting, ensures predictable go-live outcomes, and develops scalable processes, templates, standards, and automation-first operating practices across the implementation portfolio.

Own the architecture, performance, reliability, and technical direction of high-traffic backend services and public APIs supporting search, browse, autocomplete, and recommendations. Lead distributed-systems design, mentor engineers, drive cross-team projects, participate in on-call and incident response, and balance scalability, latency, cost, and API compatibility.
