Leads multiple complex eDiscovery matters from planning through delivery, managing schedules, budgets, resources, quality standards, reporting, client communications, and project risks. Serves as the primary client contact, provides consultative guidance on data collections, review workflows, analytics, and productions, and mentors project staff. Collaborates with legal, IT, and cross-functional teams while supporting client relationships, strategic meetings, and business development.

Manages and expands strategic client accounts, protecting existing revenue while introducing eDiscovery, managed review, consulting, and staffing services. Builds executive relationships, identifies account whitespace, coordinates internal resources across regions, resolves escalations, supports business reviews and events, analyzes revenue trends, prepares forecasts, and maintains Salesforce account records. Requires legal-industry sales or account management experience and travel up to 25%.

Leads strategy and execution for a portfolio of premier and strategic accounts. Responsibilities include account planning, executive relationship management, retention and expansion, client satisfaction, governance, QBRs, deal reviews, cross-functional coordination, risk resolution, and coaching account management teams. Partners with Sales, Delivery, and Offerings to drive product penetration and growth. The role may be remote or onsite and requires travel of up to 30%.
