It is fully remote for candidates in specified states, with occasional customer and industry travel.

Own the full sales cycle for SMB customers, managing pipelines, meeting quotas, consulting prospects, demonstrating Connecteam’s SaaS platform, and converting sign-ups into paying customers. The role requires strong customer relationships, product expertise, cross-functional collaboration, feedback gathering, and independent work in a remote, fast-growing environment. Fluency in French is required.

Lead end-to-end onboarding for SMB customers, deliver tailored training, help clients configure and implement the product, drive quick wins and adoption, establish usage habits to improve retention, and identify and mitigate at-risk customers.
