Establishes and operates CI/CD solutions and cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, OpenShift, and IBM Cloud. Responsibilities include IAM and security compliance, observability and centralized logging, Jenkins and Travis CI pipelines, Kubernetes and Helm administration, Rancher cluster management, cloud cost optimization, and Terraform-based infrastructure provisioning. The role is fully remote within the United States and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus at least five years of progressively responsible experience.

Sell Conga’s commercial operations solutions to enterprise organizations by sourcing new logos and expanding existing customers through upselling and cross-selling. Develop territory strategies, prospect, build executive relationships, manage complex sales cycles, align multiple stakeholders, grow pipeline, and collaborate with sales engineering, business development, RevOps, legal, IT, and core account executives.

Own a focused set of strategic enterprise accounts to drive growth, retention, and renewals. Build executive relationships, develop business cases tying Conga solutions to outcomes, manage pipeline and forecasts, lead cross-functional teams, and execute complex negotiations to close high-value deals.
