Processes high-volume lockbox transactions, including sorting mail, batching checks and documents, scanning, data entry, image reassociation, storage preparation, and outgoing mail. Follows client instructions, internal controls, security protocols, and banking regulations while meeting productivity and deadline standards. Performs end-of-day procedures, escalates issues, and supports administrative operations. Requires accuracy, dependable attendance, flexibility, basic Microsoft proficiency, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings.

Designs scalable business and client-specific solutions by analyzing financial data, evaluating technology ecosystems, and aligning solutions with organizational strategy. Partners with sales, technical, practice, and delivery teams to develop solution strategies, negotiate with stakeholders, support implementation, and ensure alignment with budgets, timelines, regulations, and customer expectations. The role also drives innovation, continuous improvement, and data-informed decision-making across a global, matrixed organization.

Administers defined benefit pension plans, resolves escalated eligibility, participant data, system, and service issues, and ensures processing quality. Serves as a client and plan-rules subject matter expert, leads change initiatives from discovery through go-live, maintains requirements and process documentation, validates system processing, identifies enhancements, performs peer reviews, and mentors junior analysts.
