Manage critical IT incidents from escalation through restoration by facilitating crisis bridges, coordinating technical resources, tracking incident records, and communicating with stakeholders. Manage associated problem tickets, support root-cause and mitigation analysis, document post-incident details, maintain metrics, and assist with after-action reporting. The role requires strong organization, prioritization, communication, analytical ability, and understanding of technical software and hardware issues.

Leads the design, implementation, validation, integration, and optimization of laboratory information systems and clinical technologies. Analyzes laboratory workflows, gathers requirements, coordinates testing and quality assurance, troubleshoots integrations, supports implementations and go-lives, and drives workflow improvements. Partners with laboratory, clinical, operational, IT, and vendor teams while ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and effective change management. Serves as a laboratory informatics subject matter expert and mentors less experienced professionals.

Create, maintain, and publish clinician schedules for assigned hospitals; fill open shifts; track clinician hours and credentials; coordinate with payroll, credentialing, recruiting, and leadership; produce staffing and performance reports; support orientations and emergency scheduling; ensure compliance with policies and budget constraints.
