Remote Scheduling Specialist creates and maintains clinician schedules for assigned hospitals, fills open shifts, tracks clinician hours for payroll, verifies credentials, supports site leadership, updates staffing and recruitment reports, monitors performance and financial metrics, and coordinates with credentialing, recruiting, and payroll teams.

Review and assign accurate CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes for physician professional fees, ensure compliance with payer and regulatory guidelines, perform coding audits and edits (e.g., Athena Collector), identify documentation gaps, collaborate with providers and revenue cycle teams, maintain HIPAA, and support coding education and special projects.

Provide interim on-site leadership for hospital supply chain operations, driving procurement, inventory, logistics, cost reduction, regulatory compliance, ERP-enabled process improvements, and stakeholder collaboration for short-term projects.
