Teams at The College Board

Own the architecture, technical direction, reliability, and evolution of a shared cloud data platform. Lead hands-on development of streaming and batch pipelines using infrastructure-as-code, build governed analytical data products, and establish data contracts, quality, security, lineage, and observability standards. Serve as the final technical escalation point, mentor engineers, lead design and code reviews, promote responsible AI-assisted coding, respond to incidents, and communicate technical tradeoffs across stakeholders.

Leads College Board’s Operations analytics strategy and team, developing forecasting, predictive modeling, optimization, cost assessment, and decision-support capabilities. Partners with senior leaders across Operations, Product, Program, Technology, and Finance to improve execution, customer experience, efficiency, and cost savings. Responsibilities include setting technical direction, embedding analytics into operational decisions, presenting insights, hiring and coaching analytics staff, and building future AI and data-infrastructure capabilities.

Develop and execute consultative sales strategies for College Board financial aid software, managing opportunities from prospecting through close. Build relationships with higher education leaders, conduct tailored demonstrations, expand existing accounts, maintain Salesforce pipelines and forecasts, support renewals, identify cancellation risks, and use customer and market intelligence to inform sales and retention strategies.
