Teams at Collectors

Build and scale the PSA Liquidity Platform connecting buyers and sellers across PSA Partner Offers and eBay Consignment. Responsibilities include developing buyer tooling, pricing and ranking engines, seller experiences, microservices, distributed event-driven systems, and observability. The role owns end-to-end product delivery, cross-functional execution, technical architecture, ecosystem integrations, and production outcomes while using AI throughout the software development lifecycle.

Leads product strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement for PSA Vault and warehouse management systems. Oversees operational workflows including receiving, storage, inventory, fulfillment, and shipping while improving integrations with grading, marketplace, and logistics systems. Partners with Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, measure outcomes, and enhance customer experiences. The role also identifies AI and automation opportunities and coordinates cross-functional delivery across the Collectors ecosystem.

Lead and mentor the software engineering team responsible for PSA Set Registry, a large-scale consumer web and mobile product. Drive architecture, development, delivery, code quality, release management, production troubleshooting, and technical strategy. Partner with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions while promoting agile practices, collaboration, continuous learning, and an inclusive engineering culture.
