Requires leadership of multiple Workday implementations and strong functional, communication, and presentation skills.

Lead Workday integrations and manage services for multiple global accounts, ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Lead Financials workstream in Workday Financials, support clients with Reporting and analytics, and collaborate with teams for operational efficiency.

Lead onshore Workday integrations for assigned accounts within an AMS model. Provide subject-matter expertise, mentor consultants, manage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive service improvements, estimations, and RFP contributions.

The Solutions Architect will engage in end-to-end solution design, support business development, mentor junior resources, and promote knowledge sharing. Responsibilities include estimating efforts, assisting in client proposals, and supporting marketing activities through presentations.
