Supervise a remote escrow processing team supporting title and settlement operations across multiple states. Responsibilities include assigning workflows, monitoring workload and production performance, resolving escalations, addressing client and operations inquiries, coordinating vendor issues, communicating process updates, training employees, and supporting recruitment, development, and performance management.

Drives high-volume outbound prospecting across a multistate territory to build relationships with independent brokerage owners and generate qualified franchise opportunities. Responsibilities include cold and warm outreach, market research, prospect meetings, qualification, CRM maintenance, networking, in-person visits, and collaboration with the Regional Vice President to advance opportunities. The role is fully remote but requires approximately 50–75% travel throughout the assigned territory.
