Lead and support Workday ERP configuration, integrations, and reporting. Creates change roadmaps, impact assessments, project plans, and adoption measures while monitoring progress and organizational risks to support sustainable transformation outcomes.

The Audit Director performs quality control reviews of assurance engagements, provides technical guidance on FASB and GAAS, researches complex accounting matters, analyzes findings, develops process improvements, maintains assurance methodologies, supports new-standard implementation, and creates thought leadership. The role collaborates with engagement teams, clients, and firm leadership, requiring public accounting experience, CPA credentials, supervisory experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.
