Creates and manages internal and external communications, including corporate collateral, public relations, CSR, thought leadership, newsletters, intranet updates, and company-wide emails. Responsibilities include calendar management, content editing, communications process improvement, coordinating content owners, managing Glassdoor responses, and using analytics to improve communications programs. Requires strong AP-style writing, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and ContactMonkey.
