Provide inbound bilingual (English/Spanish) customer support for energy-efficiency programs: handle calls, scheduling, enrollments, program education, basic tech support, chat/email interactions, follow scripts, use multiple platforms, meet performance metrics, and maintain scheduled shifts in a remote home-office environment.

Serve as primary finance support for Workday Financials: configure FDM, build financial reports, design and maintain integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors), resolve ServiceNow tickets, test and deploy Workday changes, and collaborate with stakeholders on finance-related requirements.

As a Remote Outbound Sales Specialist, you will make outbound calls to enroll customers in energy-saving programs. The role emphasizes sales meets and customer engagement in a high-volume environment.
