Lead planning and scheduling for multiple commercial construction projects: create and monitor baseline schedules, perform time impact analyses, cost and manpower loading, identify trends via analytics, develop bid/proposal schedules, deliver scheduling and project controls training, liaise with owners and subcontractors, and support corporate initiatives and departmental improvements.

Lead preconstruction teams to manage client engagement, contract administration, estimating, budgeting, schedule, procurement, and design coordination. Develop preconstruction plans, manage risk, engage subcontractors, pursue new work, ensure minority participation, and mentor team members while maintaining client and design firm relationships.

Lead and coordinate all aspects of large construction projects including contract administration, scheduling, procurement, financial reporting, team leadership, stakeholder communication, risk management, safety culture, project closeout, and supporting proposal efforts.
