Teams at Clarium

Owns end-to-end implementation delivery for enterprise health system accounts, including technical integration coordination, workflow configuration, training, go-live, adoption, risk management, stakeholder communication, scope decisions, and handoff to Customer Success. The role requires healthcare IT and clinical operations fluency, including EHR integrations, HL7/FHIR, and complex enterprise SaaS rollouts.

Own the architecture, roadmap, and operation of Clarium’s AWS-based data platform. Build reliable batch and near-real-time pipelines, model healthcare supply chain data, optimize Postgres and Snowflake performance, and establish standards for testing, deployment, quality, and governance. Partner cross-functionally to create durable data models, lead multi-quarter initiatives, manage sensitive data controls, and mentor engineers.

Own a core product domain within Clarium’s healthcare supply chain platform, leading discovery, requirements, delivery, iteration, and product direction. Partner closely with engineering, design, data, sales, marketing, and customer success while engaging healthcare customers and stakeholders. Remove roadblocks, make tradeoffs, and establish product practices in a fast-growing startup. The role requires healthcare technology experience, enterprise workflow and integration expertise, and familiarity with driving change in large health systems. Epic integrations and AI-powered product experience are preferred.
