Supports middle-market M&A transactions in the Consumer and Retail sector by building financial models, performing valuations, conducting due diligence, preparing transaction documents and pitch materials, participating in client meetings, developing transaction strategies, and supporting business development. The role works closely with junior and senior bankers and manages multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Supports investment banking origination and transaction execution across financings, mergers and acquisitions, and advisory services. Performs financial analysis and modeling, industry and company research, process coordination, and prepares pitch materials, client presentations, offering memoranda, and proposals. Works with senior bankers and interacts with current and prospective clients in the defense, government, engineering, and industrial services sectors.

Supports M&A advisory transactions for lower mid-market Consumer, Retail, and Restaurant companies. Responsibilities include financial modeling and business valuations, client and prospect meetings, industry and company due diligence, transaction execution, marketing and pitch materials, business development, and managing multiple projects while coordinating with senior bankers and clients.
