Leads application development and systems analysis initiatives, including designing, implementing, testing, and enhancing software applications. Establishes development methodologies and standards, solves complex business and technical problems, manages cross-functional projects, and advises senior stakeholders. Consults with users to define requirements, allocates work, coaches developers and analysts, and ensures compliance, risk management, and protection of company and client assets.

Leads the design, implementation, validation, governance, and regulatory engagement for recovery and resolution plans. Partners with Finance, Technology, Treasury, Capital, and Liquidity stakeholders to ensure execution readiness. Provides data-driven insights to senior leadership and regulators, oversees capability testing, improves data workflows, and manages multiple teams, budgets, planning, and strategic initiatives.

Leads marketing business execution and strategic initiatives, including campaign risk assessments, vendor and contractor management, budget reconciliation, legal and creative approvals, business reviews, communications, and KPI tracking. Partners cross-functionally to execute acquisition and engagement campaigns, interpret financial and performance data, resolve issues, and ensure compliance and campaign quality.
