Leads product issue management and risk remediation across a regulated financial services organization. Manages 6–10 issue coordinators, builds partner oversight governance frameworks, oversees corrective action plans and sustainability testing, coordinates with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Legal, Product, Operations, Technology, vendors, and partners, and provides executive reporting on remediation progress and emerging risks.

Leads product risk strategy, regulatory and partner change oversight, cross-functional implementations, and modernization of manual controls through automation. Assesses business impacts, develops readiness plans, reports risks to senior leadership, informs product roadmaps, shapes value propositions and competitive positioning, and supports acquisition, revenue, compliance, and financial objectives across Citi’s Partnership Cards organization.

Lead cyber OSINT and intelligence analysis initiatives, including collecting and analyzing indicators of compromise and adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures. Maintain and enhance link analysis frameworks while developing automated collection, enrichment, and investigative tools using scripting languages and threat intelligence platforms. Produce intelligence for technical and executive audiences, support threat hunting and detection coverage, collaborate with law enforcement and industry partners, manage projects, and mentor analysts.
