Supports, configures, integrates, and develops vendor applications across AWS and on-premises environments. Responsibilities include Level II application support, software installation, release coordination, database and SQL administration, performance tuning, scripting, interface development, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting across operating systems and infrastructure. The role collaborates with business, technology, vendor, and operations teams, supports user acceptance testing, and contributes to operational excellence and process improvement.
