Supports, configures, integrates, and develops vendor applications across AWS and on-premises environments. Responsibilities include Level II application support, software installation, release coordination, database and SQL administration, performance tuning, scripting, interface development, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting across operating systems and infrastructure. The role collaborates with business, technology, vendor, and operations teams, supports user acceptance testing, and contributes to operational excellence and process improvement.

Define and govern enterprise architecture across applications, data, integrations, platforms, and cloud environments. Lead architecture strategy, standards, governance, security guardrails, solution reviews, and platform evolution. Guide engineering teams on scalable, resilient, cloud-native and hybrid solutions while incorporating AI, automation, analytics, and GenAI. Evaluate emerging technologies, establish reusable patterns, and ensure operational readiness, observability, disaster recovery, compliance, and alignment with business strategy.
