Leads end-to-end new product development for industrial gear and screw pump products. Creates CAD models and drawings, performs FEA and engineering calculations, coordinates design verification testing, and conducts DFMEA and risk analyses. Drives manufacturability and assembly improvements, oversees prototypes and testing, maintains BOMs and engineering documentation, troubleshoots manufacturing issues, researches materials and processes, and supports customers. Collaborates cross-functionally with business development, quality, operations, and engineering leadership.

Develops manufacturing processes, routes, fixtures, gages, and production plans for complex machined parts and assemblies. Evaluates manufacturability, performs root-cause analysis, supports Lean Manufacturing initiatives, and participates in capital equipment procurement and startup. Manages project schedules, applies machining and GD&T expertise, and collaborates with manufacturing, design, quality, suppliers, and operators. Provides technical leadership, mentors employees, and supports continuous improvement, quality, scrap reduction, and lead-time goals.

Designs and supports testing of industrial screw pumps for defense applications. Collects, databases, visualizes, and analyzes CMM and pump test data; develops regression and predictive models; automates reporting; documents nonconformances; and creates dashboards for stakeholders. Collaborates with design, manufacturing, quality, sales, and program teams to improve product robustness, testing, engineering standards, and manufacturing processes. Provides customer support and contributes to technical documentation and process improvements.
