Manage projects from concept to commercialization, translate briefs to specifications, onboard and negotiate with suppliers, optimize supply chain and ensure food safety and regulatory compliance while supporting cross-functional teams and junior staff.

Lead private brand product strategy and roadmap for convenience channel, using consumer insights and analytics to develop product and portfolio plans. Drive cross-functional commercialization, supplier partnerships, KPI tracking, and continuous performance optimization. Mentor team members and present data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.

Lead promotional planning, governance, and process improvements for U.S. Merchandising. Manage program lifecycle, maintain calendars and governance, analyze data to inform decisions, and drive cross-functional communications, training, and adoption of standardized tools and processes.
