Coordinates executive calendars, meetings, travel, onboarding, contingent workforce administration, time and cost tracking, operational reporting, leadership materials, and process improvements. Supports workforce utilization, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning while maintaining accurate records and facilitating cross-functional communications. Requires strong Microsoft 365 skills, organization, analytical ability, and experience managing multiple priorities.

Designs and executes network equipment test plans, validates Ciena product interoperability, supports optical and Ethernet network implementation, and provides onsite engineering expertise. Responsibilities include equipment commissioning, inventory verification, troubleshooting, performance analysis, customer support, standards development, documentation, and Tier III/IV deployment assistance. The role requires expertise in Ciena platforms, SONET, DWDM, ROADM, Ethernet, IP/MPLS, network management systems, and legacy TDM technologies.

Supports PMO processes and project delivery by assisting with planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, reporting, documentation, meetings, tools administration, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination. Provides training and support on PMO standards and software while helping project teams maintain accurate records and meet delivery objectives.
