The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team, manages calendars, coordinates travel, prepares reports, and helps with project support. Duties include handling confidential information, liaising with stakeholders, and improving administrative workflows.

Manage and deepen strategic CPA and accounting firm partnerships by coordinating partner engagement, reporting, events, and CRM-tracked interactions. Ensure execution of commitments, collaborate cross-functionally to support partner needs, and help embed Choreo Advisors within partner firms to expand formal CPA partnerships.
