The role assists with engagement planning, fieldwork, quality control, deliverables, client relationships, and recommendations on accounting processes. Candidates should be accounting seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with interest in technical accounting, business intelligence, and professional designations such as the CPA.

Supports state and local tax professionals with Excel data entry, record management, data gathering and analysis, tax form completion, agency correspondence, and administrative client tasks. Researches state tax statutes, regulations, and rulings; verifies work for accuracy; and communicates with clients through meetings, video calls, and status reports. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, client service, teamwork, and flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons.
