Provides financial execution and administrative support for U.S. Coast Guard Foreign Military Sales and Excess Defense Articles programs. Responsibilities include case-level financial management, obligation tracking, reconciliations, MIPR preparation, financial reviews, expenditure reporting, account certification, documentation, metrics, meeting support, and records maintenance using Coast Guard and DoD financial systems.

Perform comprehensive QA for Salesforce applications in a regulated federal environment, including functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing. Develop test plans and cases, validate configuration, automation, custom Apex and Lightning components, integrations, data migrations, and reporting. Track defects, verify fixes, support releases and deployments, and provide quality briefings to government stakeholders. The role also supports Salesforce Classic-to-Lightning migration and compliance-focused QA governance.

Leads Salesforce modernization and enhancement projects in a federal regulatory environment. Elicits and documents requirements, writes user stories and acceptance criteria, maps business processes, and supports Agile delivery from prioritization through deployment. Configures Salesforce declarative automation using Flow, approvals, validation rules, page layouts, and Lightning App Builder. Supports Classic-to-Lightning migration, governance, testing, compliance, stakeholder briefings, and executive decision materials.
