Follows lesson plans and classroom routines during a regular teacher’s absence, manages elementary student behavior, supervises students, documents daily activities, communicates with school leadership, and follows school policies and procedures.

Supports special education teachers by assisting students with disabilities in physical, therapeutic, self-help, behavioral, safety, transportation, and classroom activities. Helps implement individualized rehabilitation plans, adapt therapy techniques, manage behavior, provide personal care, and supervise students during trips and transportation. Maintains confidentiality and collaborates professionally with school staff.

Develops and oversees curriculum plans, maps, assessments, and instructional programs across schools. Coaches Curriculum Resource Teachers, supports school leadership, analyzes data, creates action plans, and designs professional development. Conducts school visits, facilitates trainings and meetings, supports instructional best practices, and collaborates across departments to improve educational outcomes.
