Supports a special education teacher with classroom management, student supervision, instructional activities, materials preparation, clerical work, and maintaining a safe, respectful learning environment. Works individually or in small groups with students, assists during meals, play periods, field trips, and dismissal, and maintains confidentiality. Requires collaboration with teachers, families, administrators, and community members, along with participation in staff meetings and training.
