Leads retention, revenue growth, and member engagement for a premium membership portfolio. Manages high-value client relationships, develops the Premium Services team, influences premium product strategy, and supports hospitality experiences and stadium transformation initiatives. Uses member insights, operational analytics, and industry trends to improve retention, enhance offerings, and grow a multi-million-dollar premium hospitality business.

Provides hands-on support for enterprise, stadium, and event-critical infrastructure, including Cisco networks, Azure, identity services, backups, servers, and cloud-connected systems. Troubleshoots escalated incidents, performs maintenance and monitoring, supports upgrades and recovery testing, documents procedures, and assists with after-hours event operations. Collaborates with systems, network, cybersecurity, helpdesk, vendor, and infrastructure project teams.

Owns TSE’s enterprise data engineering foundation, including integrations, data lakes, pipelines, automation workflows, governance, identity resolution, and AI platform connectivity. The role supports CRM, ticketing, marketing, digital, and fan engagement systems while enabling personalized marketing, predictive analytics, and recommendation engines. It partners with technology, business teams, vendors, NFL, and MLS stakeholders to deliver reliable, governed, privacy-compliant data infrastructure.
