Provides ophthalmic clinical support by conducting diagnostic testing, recording medical histories and findings in the EHR, assisting providers with examinations and procedures, administering medications as directed, educating patients, scheduling services, and maintaining exam rooms and equipment. The role also supports documentation, inventory, patient communications, staff training, and occasional travel between clinic locations.

Manages ENT clinical workflow standardization, Allergy Department operations, staff development, patient and staff safety, compliance, inventory, vendors, and financial performance. Partners with physicians and executive leaders on strategic growth, operational improvement, training, recruitment, patient experience, revenue cycle optimization, and educational programs across multiple clinical locations.

Verifies insurance benefits, obtains prior authorizations and referrals, communicates coverage and pre-payments to patients, enters payments in Epic, manages authorization work queues, monitors communications, and resolves payer or provider issues. The role supports revenue cycle operations in a remote or hybrid environment and requires accurate, independent work while managing high-volume, time-sensitive tasks.
