Manage daily in-office operations and administrative support for clinical teams, including payor/license paperwork, claims submissions, data entry and reconciliation between Salesforce and medical records, patient chart maintenance, compliance (HIPAA) adherence, device and IT support, event planning, and cross-functional projects to enable on-site behavioral health services.

The Territory Manager will develop sales strategies, build relationships with referral partners in the SUD sector, and conduct outreach to effectively promote Charlie Health's services.

The Recruiting Coordinator will provide scheduling and administrative support, ensuring a positive candidate experience while managing the recruitment process using Greenhouse ATS. Responsibilities include process improvement, candidate communication, and reporting.
