Leads a team of Admissions Coordinators handling prospective client and referral-source calls. Facilitate therapeutic group sessions via Telehealth, develop treatment curriculum, and engage creatively with clients to enhance mental health recovery.

Manage utilization review for virtual intensive outpatient program clients, including precertifications, authorizations, denial management, appeals, and peer-to-peer reviews.
