Build and own Chamelio’s technical go-to-market infrastructure, including CRM, enrichment, outbound, product analytics, AI agents, API integrations, automations, data pipelines, lead scoring, attribution, and reporting. The role requires independently designing and deploying scalable workflows across tools such as Clay, Attio, Smartlead, PostHog, n8n, and Zapier, while creating custom code and integrations where needed.

Own end-to-end GTM recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. Build proactive candidate pipelines, partner with senior leaders and hiring managers, manage fast hiring processes, deliver a high-touch candidate experience, and improve sourcing, referrals, employer branding, recruiting processes, and hiring tools.

Build and lead Chamelio’s SDR organization from the ground up. Responsibilities include designing outbound strategy, creating processes and reporting, recruiting and coaching SDRs, testing messaging and channels, partnering with Marketing and AEs, forecasting pipeline and capacity, and developing future sales leaders. The role is hands-on initially and transitions into scaling the function and establishing a repeatable enterprise sales development engine.
