The role collaborates with manufacturing, EHS, commercial, and R&D teams to improve plant safety, reliability, quality, capacity, and efficiency.

Leads complex land development projects from pursuit through design, permitting, construction, and closeout. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, risks, contracts, financials, quality, and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining client relationships. Approximately half the role focuses on business development, including pursuing opportunities, preparing proposals, expanding client accounts, and driving revenue. Mentors staff, supports organizational growth, and represents the firm through networking and industry engagement.
