Manage a regional insurance sales territory by developing agency relationships, driving profitable premium growth, creating marketing plans, building submission pipelines, evaluating prospective agencies, and monitoring market trends. The role uses binding authority, Power BI and Comparative Rater data, coordinates with underwriting and claims teams, communicates goals to agents, and provides training on products, programs, services, and systems.

Leads the enterprise internal audit function, including strategy, risk-based planning, governance, internal controls, audit execution, external audit-provider oversight, and Audit Committee reporting. Advises executives on emerging risks and control effectiveness, maintains audit methodologies and the charter, ensures regulatory and professional standards compliance, and drives quality improvement through data, automation, and strategic partnerships.

Performs property and casualty insurance pricing and rate analysis, peer reviews actuarial work, prepares rate filing materials, analyzes statistical experience, and develops data-manipulation code. The role also supports rate level indications, special projects, employee training, departmental consistency, and process improvements.
