Centering Healthcare Institute

Centering Healthcare Institute (CHI) is a national nonprofit that partners with healthcare providers to advance the evidence-based Centering group-care model. It brings patients together for group visits combining assessments, interactive learning and community building, with flagship programs in prenatal and early childhood care and applications across other conditions. CHI supports clinical sites through implementation guidance, facilitation training, quality assurance, tools and curriculum, aiming to improve health outcomes and reduce inequities.
