Leads cybersecurity solutions engineering for government and education customers across managed security, network monitoring, cloud security, and related services. Provides technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proofs of concept, onboarding, deployment guidance, escalations, and post-sales support. Partners with sales and technical account teams, mentors engineers, develops enablement materials, informs product strategy, identifies expansion opportunities, and manages customer activity in Salesforce.

Evaluates and monitors information security, privacy, and AI-related controls; coordinates internal and external audit engagements; maintains control evidence; performs risk-based monitoring; supports incident response and operational security; and ensures compliance with applicable laws, standards, frameworks, and regulations. The role also promotes secure-by-design and privacy-by-design practices across organizational strategies, technologies, and projects.

Lead and scale cybersecurity business development across commercial and government accounts. Build cloud provider, technology alliance, reseller, and strategic customer partnerships; drive pipeline, channel growth, enterprise engagement, and revenue outcomes. Establish business development processes, represent the company with senior executives, translate market insights into strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally on go-to-market programs. Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team while executing partnership and account-growth initiatives.
