Leads a Managed Services Engineering team delivering cloud, hybrid infrastructure, automation, observability, security, and managed operations services. Owns service delivery, SLAs, operational performance, resource allocation, customer satisfaction, governance, continuous improvement, automation, reliability, and escalation practices for government customer environments. Develops teams, manages service quality and financial performance, and serves as product owner for assigned managed services offerings.

Designs, develops, and supports analytics data solutions for clients, including Snowflake and dbt ingestion and transformation pipelines, data marts, validation, monitoring, governance, and documentation. Manages multiple consulting projects, budgets, timelines, quality assurance, troubleshooting, client communication, and implementation planning. Requires strong data engineering experience, regulated-industry knowledge, stakeholder communication, and willingness to travel.

Leads and develops a team of Account Managers, Account Executives, and Client Executives. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, sales planning, territory assignment, customer and partner engagement, performance management, and achieving segment sales and profit goals. The role analyzes sales data, manages operating plans, supports customer outcomes, and drives team adoption of AI-enabled practices. Travel to customer meetings may reach 20%.
