Lead and supervise IT audit teams to design and execute compliance and security audit programs, perform IT SOX testing, document controls, assess IT risks, present findings, recommend process improvements, and coordinate with business and technical stakeholders on remediation and special projects.

Manage assigned client accounts for CBIZ’s HCM software services. Provide UKG product support, troubleshoot system issues, conduct audits, maintain data integrity, lead client meetings, and recommend process improvements. Build trusted client relationships, resolve cases, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery across payroll, HR, timekeeping, and workforce management solutions.
