Lead end-to-end technical project management for Amazon Connect and AWS contact center implementations. Responsibilities include client engagement, project planning, scope, budget, risk management, technical solution oversight, integrations, testing, analytics, CI/CD, knowledge transfer, continuous improvement, and mentoring. The role requires strong AWS and contact center expertise, project management capabilities, and communication skills. It is fully remote and may require up to 25% travel.

Build and ship production-quality LLM applications, cloud-native systems, backend services, and business automations within client environments. Own assigned workstreams, translate ambiguous problems into deliverables, contribute to architecture and discovery sessions, communicate with technical and business stakeholders, identify risks, document solutions, and transfer working capabilities. Depending on specialization, support engineering teams or business functions with AI enablement and workflow automation.

Lead software engineering teams and complex client engagements delivering AI-first, cloud-native applications. Manage 5–8 technical direct reports, own requirements, architecture, backlogs, technical decisions, testing, risk escalation, and executive client communications. Partner with architects, engineers, project managers, sales, and stakeholders on discovery, delivery, modernization, integrations, and pre-sales. Mentor team members and contribute hands-on to AWS and AI-enabled software development.
