Defines product strategy and vision through user research, stakeholder interviews, and analytics; builds roadmaps; translates business needs into requirements; manages agile backlogs; leads cross-functional initiatives and system integrations; collaborates with engineering and UX; supports user acceptance testing; and assists with go-to-market launches.

Processes high-volume union and non-union payrolls for entertainment productions, including timecard review, regulatory and contract compliance, deductions, tax adjustments, quality checks, reporting, and file maintenance. Serves as the primary client contact, resolves payroll and tax inquiries, maintains client relationships, and meets processing deadlines. Requires strong communication, organization, analytical payroll processing, PC, and client-service skills, with overtime as needed.

Own Talent Acquisition operations, including ATS and HRIS workflows, reporting, dashboards, data integrity, process documentation, and recruiter enablement. Manage employer brand content across career and recruiting platforms, support candidate experience initiatives, develop talent attraction campaigns, and coordinate with HR, Marketing, IT, vendors, and recruiters to improve scalable hiring processes.
