Perform visual and mechanical inspections of wholesale vehicles, document exterior/interior condition and features, capture photos of damage using mobile tools, and maintain accurate inventory records while frequently driving and working outdoors in varied weather conditions.

Supervise and develop an inspection/reconditioning team to meet production and quality targets. Oversee vehicle flow, identify/approve defects, train associates on QC standards, manage repairs vs. rejections, enforce safety, and support performance management and continuous improvement.

Perform administrative title and registration tasks for vehicle transfers: review and process paperwork, interact with DMV and government agencies, update customer records, enter and reconcile data across systems, maintain tracking notes, and assist with customer follow-up.
