Prepare, stage, and inspect inventory vehicles for inbound/outbound transport. Use handheld scanners and mobile devices to log locations, perform multi-point inspections, maintain lot cleanliness, fuel and operate company vehicles, and meet processing and safety standards while working outdoors and performing physical tasks.

Process and finalize vehicle registrations, review and verify customer paperwork, interact with DMV and government agencies, update customer records, maintain tracking notes, input and cross-reference data across databases, support customer follow-up, and perform other administrative duties to ensure smooth vehicle ownership transfer.

Supervise and develop an inspection/reconditioning team to meet production and quality targets. Oversee vehicle movement, inspect and approve defects, manage repairs or rejections, train associates on quality standards, enforce safety and procedures, and handle performance management and conflict resolution.
