Ensure operating standards and certification processes are followed, maintain production capacity, support planning, and achieve company performance metrics in a lean manufacturing environment.

Oversees transportation operations at a logistics field location, including route scheduling, warehouse and inventory workflows, safety compliance, staffing, communication, coaching, performance management, and succession planning. Coordinates with site leaders and logistics planning teams to resolve operational issues and ensure business goals are achieved. The role may manage CDL drivers and requires flexibility for overtime, nights, weekends, holidays, outdoor work, and physically demanding conditions.

Oversee multiple vehicle reconditioning lines and manage facility operations when the General Manager is absent. Drive production, cost, quality, safety, and throughput targets; identify bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Lead performance reviews, manager huddles, continuous improvement initiatives, process training, and employee development. Ensure compliance with operating, health, safety, and loss prevention standards while maintaining a high-volume shop-floor environment.
