Monitor market signals (permits, leases, job postings, incentives), maintain CRM pipeline of 20+ qualified opportunities, hand off prospects to sales, and represent the company at events while collaborating with marketing and sales leadership.

Drive new business and manage accounts for warehouse and intralogistics automation solutions. Own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, analyze market trends, propose solutions, and collaborate with sales leadership to meet unit, profit, and customer loyalty goals.

Perform full-cycle HR generalist duties including employee relations, investigations, compliance, HRIS/payroll administration, onboarding, leave management, manager coaching, reporting, and continuous improvement projects to support workforce planning and retention.
