The role requires U.S.-based remote work, multi-state licensure, strong digital fluency, and availability aligned with virtual clinic scheduling.

Supports healthcare revenue cycle operations, including claim submission, denial and accounts receivable follow-up, payment posting, credentialing, eligibility verification, reconciliation, and billing documentation. Tracks RCM metrics, communicates with payers and internal teams, resolves account issues, and supports process improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance. This is a remote U.S.-based role requiring reliable technology, secure workspace, and strong organizational and communication skills.
