Sources employment opportunities, builds employer partnerships, pitches qualified health and sciences graduates to hiring organizations, and manages placement pipelines. Conducts email, phone, and text outreach to alumni; tracks engagement and placement metrics in a CRM; and provides virtual one-on-one coaching on resumes, LinkedIn, networking, interviews, branding, imposter syndrome, and entrepreneurship.

Supervise accounting staff and oversee invoicing, reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasts, payroll analytics, project funds, month-end close, and audits. Ensure GAAP, WIOA, grant, contractual, and internal policy compliance across multiple projects. Provide financial insights to executives, project leaders, customers, and workforce boards while improving accounting processes and controls in a remote environment.

Owns federal workforce reporting requirements, especially WIOA PIRL. Translates agency specifications into business rules, data definitions, output formats, test cases, and validation procedures. Partners with engineering, QA, customers, and workforce agencies to resolve compliance issues, map state case management data, improve data quality, monitor regulatory changes, and support reporting cycles. Ensures accurate, timely submissions and reliable federal validation results.
